From our flagship MG Road store in Secunderabad to exhibitions across South India, we're redefining jewellery by making it transparent, lightweight , and customer-centric. As we gear up to launch a 10x larger store and nationwide expansion, we're looking for a dynamic leader who can scale with us.

Your Role:

As the Regional Business Manager (RBM), you'll be the growth engine of PJE. Every sale — from showroom walk-ins to exhibitions and BTL events — will come under your leadership.

You'll build and lead a high-performing sales team, drive measurable targets, and help shape the next phase of Panna Jewellers' retail expansion.

Key Responsibilities


• Sales Leadership: Own revenue generation across showroom, exhibitions, and B2C activities.


• Business Planning: Create monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to achieve growth.


• Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to deliver consistent results.


• Customer Experience: Maintain the brand's premium yet personal service standards.


• Exhibition & Expansion: Strategize and execute exhibitions and activations across South India.


• Store Transformation: Work closely with management on the upcoming mega-store project — from concept to execution.


• Performance Analytics: Track KPIs (footfalls, conversions, ticket size, repeat customers) and present insights to leadership.


• Market Intelligence: Monitor competition, trends, and new opportunities to keep PJE ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For


• 5–10 years of experience in retail sales (luxury, jewellery, watches, fashion, or lifestyle).


• Strong leadership and people-management skills — you inspire performance.


• A data-driven decision-maker who thrives in fast-paced environments.


• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.


• Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who thinks like a business owner, not an employee.


• Experience in handling exhibitions or regional operations is a big plus.
