to enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and enable future-ready HR ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR technology strategy and roadmap across global operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable HR solutions using
    Workday
    ,
    ServiceNow
    , and automation tools.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives integrating
    AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions
    for improved efficiency and experience.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solution design and implementation.
  • Champion process excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape.
  • Manage a small team, fostering collaboration and performance in a global, matrixed setup.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with proven expertise in
    Workday
    and
    ServiceNow
    ecosystems.
  • Strong experience in HR solution design, automation, and transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex global projects.
  • Deep understanding of digital HR trends, AI, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Background:

Experience with consulting or transformation-driven organizations such as
Deloitte, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys
