The Store Manager is responsible for overall showroom operations, sales performance, staff management, customer experience, inventory control, and compliance with company policies. The role ensures smooth daily operations while achieving sales targets and maintaining Right Gold's brand standards.

  1. Sales & Revenue Management

  2. Achieve monthly and yearly showroom sales targets

  3. Drive walk-in conversion, upselling, and cross-selling
  4. Monitor gold, diamond, and silver sales performance
  5. Ensure correct pricing, making charges, and billing practices

  6. Implement company schemes, offers, and promotions effectively

  7. Showroom Operations

  8. Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and opening/closing procedures

  9. Ensure adherence to SOPs, security protocols, and compliance norms
  10. Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance staff

  11. Ensure showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards

  12. Team Management & Training

  13. Manage sales executives, cashiers, and support staff

  14. Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance
  15. Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling
  16. Monitor staff performance and discipline

  17. Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews

  18. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  19. Handle high-value customers and escalated complaints

  20. Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
  21. Maintain long-term relationships with repeat and VIP customers

  22. Ensure proper documentation for purchases, exchanges, and repairs

  23. Inventory & Stock Control

  24. Ensure accurate stock handling of gold, diamond, silver, and coins

  25. Monitor inward and outward movement of stock
  26. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation
  27. Coordinate with accounts and audit teams for stock verification

  28. Ensure safe custody and loss prevention at all times

  29. Cash, Billing & Compliance

  30. Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily cash tallies

  31. Ensure compliance with GST, hallmarking, and legal requirements
  32. Ensure proper documentation of sales, KYC, and invoices

  33. Prevent fraud, pilferage, and policy violations

  34. Reporting & Coordination

  35. Prepare and submit daily sales reports and MIS

  36. Share stock, sales, and staff performance reports with management
  37. Coordinate with HO for inventory replenishment and transfers

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Retail / Management preferred)
  • 4–8 years of experience in jewellery retail, including a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and jewellery operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills
  • Proficiency in billing software, POS systems, and MS Excel
  • High integrity and attention to detail

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
