About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Store with strong experience in the Printing & Packaging industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in store operations, inventory management, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records & ensure timely stock updates.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchase & Dispatch teams.
  • Monitor stock levels & raise purchase requisitions as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation, GRN, inward/outward entries, and compliance.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO and maintain store hygiene & safety standards.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to company processes.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Store Management specifically in the Printing & Packaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems.
  • Good communication & coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems (preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
