Role Overview

We are looking for a
Store Manager
who will take ownership of end-to-end store operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG store operations and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the
    day-to-day operations
    of the store.
  • Manage
    stock levels
    , monitor inventory movement, and ensure
    timely replenishment
    to avoid stock-outs.
  • Implement effective
    inventory control measures
    to minimize shrinkage, wastage, and pilferage.
  • Coordinate with
    purchase, sales, and logistics teams
    for smooth inward and outward movement of goods.
  • Maintain
    accurate records
    of goods received, issued, and balance stock using ERP/software.
  • Generate and present
    daily/weekly/monthly reports
    on stock status, consumption trends, and variance.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of
    inventory management and store operations
    (preferably in FMCG).
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software
    .
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate in
    Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration
    (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience
    in store management or warehouse operations, preferably in the
    FMCG sector
    .
