Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily store operations including sales, billing, and customer handling.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of POS systems and maintain accurate DSR (Daily Sales Report).
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store displays are as per brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently.
  • Train, guide, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure proper discipline, attendance, and grooming standards among team members.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
  • Maintain store hygiene, uniform display arrangements, and trial areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
