Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Store Manager. The Senior Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing staff, controlling inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

The role is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 Years of Experience with Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service in Optical Industry.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Store Management
  • Leadership abilities and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Previous experience in the eyewear industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and organize regular stock checks to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by senior management.
  • Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies to increase in-store sales (e.g., upselling premium products).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
  • Promote and execute store-level schemes and offers designed by the marketing team to boost sales.

Customer Experience

· Ensure customers receive a personalized and seamless shopping experience.

· Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their preferences, face shapes, and lifestyle needs.

· Handle escalated customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

· Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements to senior management.

· Vendor Payments:


•     Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts for accuracy.


•     Intimate the accounts team to ensure timely payments to vendors as per agreed terms.

Reconciliation:


•     Regularly reconcile payments, stock received, and discrepancies with vendor

Address any disputes or issues with vendors to ensure smooth operations

Returns Management


•     Oversee the handling of returns and exchanges for defective or unwanted products.


•     Coordinate with vendors to manage defective product returns and replacements.


•     Maintain accurate records of returns and ensure compliance with company policies.

Team Management

· Train, and supervise store employees, including sales associates and optometrists.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and motivate the team to meet their targets.

· Foster a positive work environment that aligns with SpecsRay's customer-centric culture.
