Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Noida

Department: Operations / Retail

Reports To: Store Manager / Area Manager

Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining brand standards, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves supervising the team, monitoring performance, and supporting all operational and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of sales, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve store targets and maintain service excellence.
  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales achievement, customer satisfaction, average bill value, wastage control, and audit scores.
  • Maintain stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize variances or wastage.
  • Support in training and developing team members for improved productivity and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Address customer queries and complaints effectively to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports related to sales, KPIs, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth workflow and process improvement.

  • Knowledge of POS systems and MS Office tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Retail, or a related field preferred.
  • 26 years of experience in retail, caf, or F&B operations with team-handling experience.
  • Previous experience as a Shift Leader / Supervisor will be an added advantage.
