We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our team during the night shift. This role will focus on ensuring smooth HR operations during non-business hours, supporting employee needs, and maintaining HR functions aligned with company policies and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees, addressing concerns, inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to assist in hiring processes includes Job post, Sourcing resume and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the company.
  • Provide clarity on HR policies and resolve any compliance-related issues.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation accurately, ensuring all data is compliant with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with performance review processes, feedback, and disciplinary actions if necessary.
  • Monitor employee morale and satisfaction, initiating engagement activities or interventions when needed.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring the accuracy of attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Coordinate or conduct training sessions to ensure that employees are provided with the tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Promote and ensure a safe work environment . Assist in implementing and monitoring safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Must be comfortable working during night shifts. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and managing multiple priorities.
