Responsibilities -
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, emails, packages).
- Arrange domestic Hotel stay and Ticketing for employees.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties..
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any graduate with English fluency is must.
- Basic knowledge on Human resource management and labor laws.
Skills and qualifications -
- Any bachelor's degree with specialization in Commerce, HR or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A willingness to travel throughout Chennai on occasion
- The ability to work as part of a team, with good attention to details.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
