Admin Officer

An Admin Officer in Regulatory Affairs is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team, including managing documentation, tracking submissions, maintaining regulatory databases, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations by handling tasks like filing, data entry, and communication with regulatory agencies, all while staying updated on regulatory changes.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus.
