Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing HR Operations activity at Unit.
  • Responsible for smooth On-Boarding for new Joinee. Responsible for updating the new employees details in the application and generating the applicable salary break ups for the new employees.
  • Responsible for collecting, maintaining the data related to attendance, leaves , loss of pays etc and updating the same on a regular basis.
  • Maintains employee files by designing a filing and retrieval system.
  • Responsible for identifying, recommending, and facilitating deployment of employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale & engagement.
  • Responsible for the implementation of HR policies & programs that ensure employee welfare, employee health & safety and other HR Compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate proactive conversations between employees and their managers for greater engagement.
  • Supporting in Group Level Activities managed from Corporate HR .
  • Analyses the exit interview reports and Initiates activities to reduce turnover and thus retain talent.
