JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing cosmetic clinic team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing clients, educating them about our cosmetic treatments, and booking consultations or appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and an interest in beauty, skincare, or aesthetics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to leads, inquiries, and past clients.
  • Explain cosmetic services and treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Convert leads into appointments or consultations.
  • Follow up on missed or postponed appointments.
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to queries about treatments and offers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaign-generated leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales/appointment targets.
  • Provide post-appointment follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn inquiries into sales.
  • Confidence in speaking about skincare, cosmetic procedures, or wellness.
  • Fluent in English and Tamil
  • Basic knowledge of skincare or cosmetic treatments is a plus. Training would be provided on the above.

PREFERRED SKILS

  • Background in beauty, wellness, dermatology, or healthcare telesales.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Empathy and understanding of client concerns and goals.
