1. Receiving Project details - Floor Plan, Cost worksheet, Availability & Understand the scope for Negotiation

2. Clear understanding of the Location & should get to know the key locations in that area along with routes from different approach

3. Preparation of Competition details for that Micro market with respect to location, pricing & specifications

4. Meeting the clients at site / agreed meeting place & thoroughly explain the details of the product to his / her satisfaction

5. Manage to get the client details as much possible with regard to their - Working status, Marital status & family details etc - to assess his strength

6. Preparation of basic quotation based on the client requirement

7. Follow up with the Clients & update the status regularly to the reporting manager

8. To arrange for Price Discussion / Personal meeting of client with the GM-Sales / COO

9. To keep the client informed of any revision in prices / scheme / specification prior to booking is done

10. Once the booking is done - meeting with the CRM department to be organized & hand hold the client

11. Based on requirement to co-ordinate with the client / bankers for the receipt of stage payments

12. Assisting Marketing department in conducting marketing activities in mall, residential colonies, apartments, hospitals, super market, clubs etc

13. On requirement to identify places to put up advertisement boards and continuously interact with marketing department

14. Maintaining the site sales office & making the necessary infrastructure and maintain the same

15. To keep the record of site visit, sale, rate offered to clients - all the data to be verified by the management at any point of time

16. Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports & key updates to the management

17. To ensure any queries from the client - pre / post booking to be handled and the requested information to be given. If not within your scope escalate the same to your reporting manager immediately

18. Any communication to the client verbal / written should be as per the management guideline and as per the process

19. Any communication to the client from the management to be passed on to them without any time delay

20. From time to time any gifts / memento given by the management to the client to be handed over to them at the earliest

21. On requirement should be willing to impart knowledge / train the subordinates / new recruitment as directed by the management

22. It is imperative to have knowledge of all the Sites / Products apart from the allocated ones

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
