Job Title: Tele Sales / CRM Executive – Cosmetology / Skin & Hair Clinic

Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and fluent English-speaking Tele Sales / CRM Executive who has prior experience in a cosmetology / skin & hair / aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions, ensuring an excellent customer experience and smooth clinic operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
• Maintain and update client records through CRM software.
• Understand client concerns and suggest suitable treatments or packages based on consultation guidelines.
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and ensure high conversion rates.
• Coordinate between clients and doctors for consultation and treatment schedules.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all touchpoints.
• Achieve monthly targets for leads conversion and retention.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales / CRM / front office / client handling in cosmetology, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Pleasant personality with strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and lead management.
• Strong understanding of skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure with targets.
• Preferred Background:Candidates with nursing or clinical knowledge in skin & hair care / cosmetology preferred.
• Candidates from aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare background will have an advantage.
