About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Admission Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing detailed information about our programs, and ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience. The Admission Counselor will play a key role in achieving enrollment targets while maintaining excellent student relations.

Key Responsibilities


• Handle inquiries from students and parents via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.


• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, admission procedures, fees, and other details.


• Counsel students to help them choose suitable programs based on their interests and career goals.


• Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into enrollments.


• Organize and participate in admission events, webinars, and career counseling sessions.


• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission process.


• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets while ensuring student satisfaction.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and schools/colleges.
