We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of academic programs, and the ability to mentor junior counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents.
  • Provide comprehensive counselling on course options, admission requirements, scholarships, and career pathways.
  • Guide students through the end-to-end admissions process, including application, documentation, interviews, and enrollment.
  • Evaluate and assess student eligibility for various programs (local and/or international).
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet enrollment targets.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, chats, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in CRM systems.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and school/college outreach programs.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior counsellors and new team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align recruitment strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and student needs to improve service offerings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
