Role Description

The
ideal candidate must come from the Overseas Education Industry (mandatory)
and possess hands-on experience in both
B2B and B2C segments
. The role requires strong networking skills with established links to agents, along with the ability to develop
mutually beneficial relationships
for sustained business growth and expansion.

The candidate should have proven knowledge and experience in
corporate and institutional business tie-ups
, while efficiently coordinating with all support functions. Meeting assigned
sales targets
will be a key responsibility.

Additional duties include providing
admission guidance and support
to both prospective and current applicants, while closely liaising with recruitment partners. The candidate will be expected to
proactively conduct agent outreach
, represent the organization at various events, and confidently address both small and large groups in formal and informal settings.

As a representative of the
BCES Admissions Abroad brand
, the candidate will play a vital role in promoting services to agents across different regions of India.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation and Market Research skills
  • Strong Presentation Skills and experience in delivering Presentations
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in business development or sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
