Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Manager located in Gurugram. The Admission Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end admission process, including student counseling, processing applications, and coordinating with educational institutions. Other responsibilities include organizing promotional events, maintaining student records, and ensuring a smooth admission experience. The Admission Manager will also collaborate with mentors and administrative staff to provide guidance and support to students and their families throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
  • Experience in managing admission processes and coordinating with educational institutions
  • Organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and execute promotional events and activities
  • Proficiency in using admission management software and maintaining records
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
