Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor & Business Development at Career Launcher Gurgaon, located in Gurugram.

Admission Counselor:

The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing detailed information about courses, and guiding them through the admission process. The role includes tasks such as conducting sales calls, attending education fairs, organizing counseling sessions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to managing inquiries and converting leads into admissions.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Business Development:
The Business Development role involves achievement of Enrollment as well as Revenue targets for the branch/center. They need to visit schools and colleges for business development and brand building. Hard core sales skill needed with generating walk-ins at center through ATL promotion and local marketing. They are responsible for driving business for the assigned center. Eligible person should be a go-getter and willing to travel within the city. Experience in Test Prep industry is preferred.

Must Requirements:

Candidates must be bases in their respective cities

Must have their own Conveyance.
