About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, addressing their queries, and helping them make informed decisions about their education journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students regarding educational programs, admission procedures, and career prospects.
  • Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, and follow up promptly with prospective students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data in CRM/trackers.
  • Assist students with application forms, documentation, and other admission-related processes.
  • Meet admission targets set by the management.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive counselling experience.
  • Stay updated on academic programs, institutional policies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education/Management preferred).
  • experience in counselling, admissions, or a related field (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle queries with patience and empathy.
  • Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; knowledge of CRM is an advantage.
