Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor with 3–4 years of experience in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding prospective students through the admission process, and converting leads into successful enrollment.

This role demands excellent communication, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of student needs and academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Counsel prospective students through calls, emails, chats, and in-person meetings, offering accurate and comprehensive information about programs, admission procedures, and financial options.

  2. Follow up rigorously on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to admissions.

  3. The candidate should be open to visiting Delhi NCR colleges/universities as and when required.

  4. Identify and address student concerns or objections to facilitate smooth decision-making.

  5. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure students are well-informed and supported.

  6. Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, webinars, and outreach activities to generate quality leads.

  7. Maintain CRM entries and prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, and feedback.

  8. Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets as per organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling or inside sales, preferably in the education industry.
  • Proven track record of lead conversion and achieving admission/enrollment targets.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and other reporting systems.
