Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.
  • Provide information about financial products and services.
  • Handle branch documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Support branch operations and achieve assigned service/sales targets.

Skills Required

  • Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English is an advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
  • Strong customer handling & problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Eligibility

  • Minimum HS Pass (Higher Secondary).
  • Graduate candidates are also eligible.
  • Freshers can apply
