Job Summary:

As an IT Recruiter at Experts Pro, you will play a key role in connecting talented IT professionals with opportunities at our US-based client companies. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, ensuring a positive experience while building a strong talent pool for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
  • Screen candidate profiles and resumes against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the US market.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • A basic understanding of common IT roles and technologies.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
