Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. - Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract candidates. - Conduct reference checks and background verification of candidates before making job offers. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping. - Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. Skills and Qualifications - 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
