Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru South, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. As a Recruiter, you will oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and maintain efficient workflows. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using various recruitment methodsExperience with recruitment strategies, candidate relationship management, and strategic talent acquisitionStrong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and metricsAbility to work in a hybrid setup, balancing onsite and remote work requirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related fieldCertification in recruitment or HR practices is a plus
