Job Description:

We are hiring experienced IT Recruiters for our in-office team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various technologies and domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates technical skills and experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
