We are looking for a
Technical Support Executive

with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping users resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate will handle troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers or internal users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Test and evaluate new technologies or software updates as required.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to achieve customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and user experience.
