We are hiring a Broking Relationship Manager
to drive client acquisition, strengthen long-term relationships, and enhance trading activities in equity and derivatives. Your role will be to build and manage a strong client base, provide tailored investment solutions, and achieve business growth through proactive sales and advisory.
What You'll Do
● Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
● Retain and grow existing client relationships by delivering excellent broking services
● Provide investment advisory on equity and derivatives tailored to client needs
● Execute client trades in equity and derivatives with accuracy and efficiency
● Achieve revenue and sales targets through effective cross-selling and up-selling of financial products
● Monitor client portfolios, identify growth opportunities, and manage risks proactively
● Stay updated with market trends, research, and regulatory changes to guide clients effectively
What You Need
● Strong knowledge of equity and derivative markets
● Proven track record in client acquisition and retention in broking/financial services
● NISM certifications (Equity & Derivatives)
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
