Relationship Manager – Broking & Investments

About the Role

Own client relationships end-to-end—acquire, onboard, advise, and drive revenue across broking, third-party products, and our algo-trading subscriptions/strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open Demat/Trading accounts and complete KYC smoothly
  • Generate brokerage revenue; drive third-party (MFs, bonds, PMS/ALO, insurance)
  • Promote Algo Trading subscriptions and strategy selling (explain value, onboard, retain)
  • Unlisted/Pre-IPO opportunities: educate and facilitate compliant transactions
  • Conduct regular client meetings/calls, portfolio reviews, upsell/cross-sell
  • Track pipeline in CRM; meet monthly targets and maintain compliance with SEBI/Exchange rules

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Min. 1 year experience in broking/wealth/financial sales
  • NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) preferred (or willingness to clear quickly)
  • Working knowledge of derivatives (F&O) and market basics
  • Strong client handling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with field/client meetings and revenue targets
  • Basic Excel/CRM proficiency; English & Hindi fluency

  • Existing client book / local network
  • Exposure to algo trading tools/platforms
  • NISM V-A (Mutual Fund) / Insurance certifications
