Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for the position of AVP/Sr. Manager - Client Servicing - Non Employee Benefit Insurance Program at TMIBASL. The role involves overseeing and managing client servicing functions, addressing client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring timely policy issuance and renewal, and managing claim settlements efficiently. Additionally, the role requires coordination with internal teams and insurance companies to provide optimal insurance solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, and addressing client inquiries
  • Knowledge in policy issuance, renewal processes, and claims management
  • Familiarity with non-life and life insurance products
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external insurance companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience in insurance broking or advisory services is advantageous
