One of our client an Indian Medtech company are scaling their Cardiology Business and are looking for a dynamic
Cluster Sales Manager
to lead theiroperations, drive market share, and manage the P&L for the region.We aren't just looking for a manager; we are looking for a
Business Head
for the cluster.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience:
    8–10 Years in the Medical Device industry with at least
    5+ years exclusively in Interventional Cardiology
    (Stents/Balloons).
  • Team Management: Start as Individual and build the Team.
  • P&L Mindset:
    You understand that sales = vanity, but profit = sanity. You have experience managing bottom-line profitability alongside top-line growth.
  • Track Record:
    Proven history of navigating Cath Labs, managing KOLs, and driving aggressive growth.

Preferred Background:
We highly value candidates who have thrived in high-growth environments. If you have a successful track record with Indian companies with similar product portfolio, we want to talk to you.
(Experience with MNCs like Abbott/Medtronic/Boston Scientific with a pulse on the Indian market is also welcome).
