Regional Sales Manager – India (Bangalore & Kolkata Priority)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and volume targets in assigned territory (Bangalore or Kolkata focus).
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with distributors, OEMs, and key accounts in electric two-wheelers/three-wheelers, low-speed EVs, and energy storage sectors.
- Manage sales pipeline, conduct customer visits, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Support technical and product communication with customers, coordinate with internal technical and supply chain teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry policy developments.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales in battery, EV, energy, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong customer network in Bangalore or Kolkata preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with EV OEMs, battery dealers, or energy storage integrators.
- Familiar with lithium-ion, lead-acid, or sodium-ion battery technologies.
- Market development experience in emerging technology products.
