Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Campaign Manager to lead awareness and engagement campaigns for our social development initiatives. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns that promote community impact, stakeholder participation, and sustainable change. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, social media, and community outreach, with proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns, coordinate with partner organizations, and drive measurable results. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in nonprofit, political, or social development projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement campaigns to promote social development programs.
  • Manage digital, on-ground, and community outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with community leaders and project partners.
  • Oversee creative content and messaging.
  • Track campaign progress, evaluate impact, and submit reports.
  • Ensure alignment with project objectives and donor requirements.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, stakeholders, and media.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong skills in social media, and public engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.
  • Passion for social impact and community development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.57 per month
