Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and grow our brand presence across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and content planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Create, plan, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SMM, email marketing, paid ads).
  • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to create effective marketing materials.
  • Monitor social media performance, engagement, and campaign results.
  • Identify trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Manage the company's online presence and branding activities.
  • Analyse data and prepare monthly marketing reports.
  • Plan marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing (digital + offline).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to lead campaigns and manage a small team.
  • Familiarity with content creation, reels, and trend-based marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas for branding and sales growth.
  • Good understanding of Kerala market trends (preferred).
