We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the textiles and retail sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth in a competitive retail environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote textile and retail products
  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, events, and in-store promotions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage brand positioning, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-focused spending.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the textile, fashion, or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce marketing and retail promotions.
  • Familiarity with textile industry trends and sustainable fashion.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
