Job Title: Business Development Executive (Male Candidates Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for directly pitching our services to prospective clients, supporting business growth initiatives, and assisting the operations team with marketing activities. The role demands strong client-facing abilities, a focus on sales conversion, and a commitment to building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct client pitching and promotion of company services
  • Implement business development strategies to generate leads and opportunities
  • Support the Operations Coordinator with marketing and client outreach initiatives
  • Follow up on leads and potential clients to ensure timely communication and updates
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment collection
  • Convert prospects into successful sales and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Maintain and update client database and reports regularly
  • Attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities for brand promotion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain a professional image and positive company representation at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English communication (spoken and written)
  • Proactive, confident, and well-presented personality
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in sales/BD roles is an added advantage
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
