We are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as Apprentices in the Kitchen Department. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude towards colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and ingredients.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, such as ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
