**Reports To**

The Quality Control Supervisor will report to Production Manager.

**Job Overview**

The Quality Control Supervisor would be responsible for monitoring performance and quality of personnel, processes, and methods on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with documented procedures and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proper testing of incoming finished product timely & feedback to concern Prepare Programs & Batches
- Rejection rectification to New production Ratio (Maintain record of Rejections along with corrective action i.e. whether it was rectified or new produced)Determine raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Meeting Order delivery commitment Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Formulation & Implementation of Standard Procedures for packing department Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Examine the detailed quality plans and make any necessary modifications
- Supervise work of other supervisors and keep them up-to-date with their work with the aim that it is completed as per plan
- Participate in brainstorming to improve business operations or processes with other managers and employees
- Assist managers or teams who have a need for help or advice in answering questions about operational aspects of their businesses
- Listen to concerns from employees and managers with the aim of improving business operations or processes
- Assist managers and employees regarding compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
- Encourage workers to suggest ways to make improvements in office operations
- Respond to issues brought up by workers and managers
- Complete reports regarding projects or processes that were completed by other employees or teams
- Keep track of training records for new or current workers and make sure that they are up-to-date in terms of compliance with company policies and procedures

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- B.E/ B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering
- At least have 2+ years of relevant experience in Quality Control
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point

**Salary**:9000 - 14000 per month**

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
