We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sarasiruham Resort, Udaipur. The Housekeeping Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring that our guests have a clean, comfortable, and inviting stay at our resort.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of housekeepers to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Schedule and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure quality control and identify any areas for improvement
- Respond to guests' requests for additional supplies or services and escalate any concerns or complaints to the appropriate department
- Maintain inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment, are being followed
- Provide training and support to housekeeping staff, including coaching and performance evaluations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Udaipur - 313001, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
