Kitchen Technician

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Technician to join our team at Accor Hotels, contributing to the success of our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Assist chefs in planning menus and preparing dishes according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and waste reduction initiatives are implemented.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a kitchen technician or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
