Job Title:

Personal Assistant (PA)

Reports To:

Managing director

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Please handle any correspondence (emails, calls, letters) for the employer, making sure that the employer has timely responses.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and agendas as required.
  • Organize and manage filing systems (digital and physical).

Personal Support

  • Assist with personal errands, shopping, and household tasks.
  • Manage personal finances, such as bill payments and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate family events, social engagements, and other personal commitments.

Travel Management

  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all required documentation is in place (e.g., visas, passports).

Event Coordination

  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and guest coordination.
  • Oversee catering, venue arrangements, and entertainment when needed.

Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the employer and external parties.
  • Professionally represent the employer during interactions.

Miscellaneous

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Anticipate employer needs and proactively address potential challenges.
  • Maintain a high degree of flexibility to accommodate the employer's dynamic schedule.

Requirements:
Education & Experience

  • High school diploma (minimum); bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
