Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and assist with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
  • Support internal audits and tax filings.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in financial forecasting.
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (BCom, MCom, or similar).
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of GST and Income Tax procedures is a plus.
