Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for an Accountant located in Vijayawada. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions by entering account information timely and maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. The Accountant will work closely with the finance team to ensure financial compliance.

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily receipts and payment transactions in an excel sheet

To prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & yearly statements and reports of transactions

To prepare monthly salary statements

To maintain Sales and purchase invoices in a prescribed manner and file them accordingly with proper track and following Income tax regulations

To File Monthly and Yearly GST returns

To file Quarterly TDS Returns

To record the financial data in tally following accounting standards and Income tax Rules

To prepare financial Data for the purpose of filing IT Returns

To update management with new policies and amendments in GST, TDS, and Income Tax

To be able to communicate with the bank officials and prepare the documents and other data required by them.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or CA
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Tally.
  • Experience with preparing and analyzing financial statements.
  • Demonstrated experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
