Job Summary

Join our team as a Service Manager where you will leverage your expertise in Python CICS VSAM IT Service Management JCL DB2 and Cobol to drive excellence in Asset and Wealth Management. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end service management process ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Provide expert guidance in Python CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol to optimize service delivery and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement IT Service Management best practices to streamline processes and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services within the Asset and Wealth Management domain.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the reliability and availability of IT services minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the highest levels of service integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units to ensure a clear understanding of service requirements.
  • Manage incident and problem resolution processes ensuring timely and effective responses to service disruptions.
  • Provide training and support to team members fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of IT services aligning them with the companys long-term goals.

Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in Python CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol essential for optimizing service delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in IT Service Management with a proven track record of implementing best practices.
  • Have a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the domain.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills crucial for building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation driving service excellence.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities essential for identifying and addressing service issues.
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience showcasing a deep understanding of the industry.
