Job Summary: The Service Manager will oversee and manage B2B electric
two-wheeler service operations across multiple hubs in the South Bangalore region. The role
involves ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, resolving
technical issues promptly, and driving customer satisfaction. The Service Manager will lead a
team of service engineers and technicians, coordinate with internal departments and clients,
manage spare parts inventory, and ensure overall operational efficiency within the region.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily service operations across multiple hubs in the South region.
Ensure timely handling of breakdowns and resolution of technical issues.
Maintain service turnaround time (TAT) and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Lead, guide, and mentor service engineers and technicians to achieve performance
goals.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth fleet and service operations.
Prepare and maintain service MIS reports, performance summaries, and manpower
plans.
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability and
replenishment.
Implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer
experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and
retention.
Job Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
Experience: 57 years of experience in B2B EV Two-Wheeler Service Operations,
preferably from an OEM background.
Strong technical knowledge of electric vehicle systems, components, and diagnostics.
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing MIS and performance reports.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
