What is our requirement:-

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
  • Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold calling required).
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Build strong developer relationships and stay updated on new launches, pricing, and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and generate timely sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Operations) for seamless client experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Additional Responsibilities (For Senior Sales Manager)

  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
  • Lead high-value transactions and handle premium clientele.
  • Assist in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and developer relations to drive lead quality and conversion.

Requirements

  • 212 years of sales experience (Real Estate / BFSI / Insurance / Luxury Sales preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must own a vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) for client/site visits.
