Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold calling required).
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Build strong developer relationships and stay updated on new launches, pricing, and inventory.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and generate timely sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Operations) for seamless client experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Additional Responsibilities (For Senior Sales Manager)
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
- Lead high-value transactions and handle premium clientele.
- Assist in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and market expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and developer relations to drive lead quality and conversion.
Requirements
- 212 years of sales experience (Real Estate / BFSI / Insurance / Luxury Sales preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must own a vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) for client/site visits.
