Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive in Retail Safety located in Mumbai. The Executive will oversee retail operations, ensuring safety standards are met in all store locations. Daily tasks include monitoring safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and providing training for staff on safety procedures. The role also involves analyzing safety data, coordinating with retail marketing teams to promote safety awareness, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a safe shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Safety qualification approved by AICTE or State Education Board or DISH
- Experience in audits and inspections
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards like ISO 45001
- Strong analytics and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
