Role Overview:
As an Operations Executive with 1-2 years of experience, you'll play a vital role in supporting end-to-end operations. You'll work closely with the Founder to help drive operational efficiency, ensure seamless execution, and contribute to scaling our impactall within a supportive team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operational workflowsorder processing, delivery logistics, inventory tracking, vendor coordination.
Assist in planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Help manage relationships with suppliers, fulfillment partners, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs—on-time delivery, order accuracy, operational turnaround times—and escalate issues proactively.
Support documentation, vendor contracts, processes, and compliance.
Collaborate with the Founder to refine operations, expand capacity, and streamline systems.
Contribute to cross-functional projects—launches, audits, quality checks, client coordination.
