Food Square is a fast-growing food and beverage (F&B) retail brand, committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on finance leader to drive the companys financial health, profitability, and growth.

Role Overview

The CFO will oversee financial strategy, management, and governance at Food Square. As part of the leadership team, this role will be instrumental in strengthening financial operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Key Leadership:

- Formulate and implement financial strategies aligned with Food Squares expansion plans.

- Provide business insights to support executive decision-making.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Monitor revenues, costs, and margins to enhance profitability.

Revenue Growth & Cost Control:

- Create frameworks to optimize costs and improve outlet-level efficiency.

- Support vendor negotiations, supply chain finance, and working capital optimization.

Governance & Compliance:

- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and timely regulatory filings.

- Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Progressive finance experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial planning.

- Proven ability to scale operations and drive profitability.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
